Our client, a reputable used car dealership in Liverpool, is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their dynamic team.

- Regular working hours: Monday to Friday, plus 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the dealership
- Explain repair processes and efficiently book customer vehicles into the workshops
- Present and sell products and additional services to clients
- Communicate with workshop technicians to assess work required and obtain customer authorisation
- Raise job cards and provide accurate customer estimates in line with company schedules
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a professional, friendly experience at all times
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle service histories and customer interactions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
- Automotive knowledge and experience essential; individuals without direct Service Advisor experience are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong customer service skills and organisational ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Professional manner and positive attitude towards customers and colleagues
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid UK driving licence preferred but not essential
