This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits for assigned customer accounts.
- Liaise with customers to arrange service appointments and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Work closely with the Planning Team to ensure service visits are completed within contractual timescales.
- Monitor contract performance and ensure all agreed service levels and KPIs are achieved.
- Identify and escalate any service delivery issues or KPI failures to management within 24 hours.
- Maintain accurate records within the company CRM and service management systems.
- Process service reports, quotations, and follow-up actions resulting from engineer visits.
- Ensure customer compliance requirements and service schedules are up to date.
- Support engineers by providing relevant customer and site information.
- Manage customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Produce service performance reports and assist with operational reviews.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
- Experince in Fire & security.
