As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits, managing service-related administration, and ensuring contractual obligations are delivered efficiently and on time. You will act as a central point of contact between customers, engineers, planners, and management, helping to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational performance.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits for assigned customer accounts.
  • Liaise with customers to arrange service appointments and maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Work closely with the Planning Team to ensure service visits are completed within contractual timescales.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure all agreed service levels and KPIs are achieved.
  • Identify and escalate any service delivery issues or KPI failures to management within 24 hours.
  • Maintain accurate records within the company CRM and service management systems.
  • Process service reports, quotations, and follow-up actions resulting from engineer visits.
  • Ensure customer compliance requirements and service schedules are up to date.
  • Support engineers by providing relevant customer and site information.
  • Manage customer enquiries professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Produce service performance reports and assist with operational reviews.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
