Site Manager - Office Fit-Out Project

Location: Hemel Hempstead 

Start Date: Monday 15th June

End Date: Friday 24th July

⏱ Duration: 6 weeks

Hours: 7/8am - 4/5pm (depending on site schedule)

About the Project

We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a office fit-out/refurbishment project in Hemel Hempstead.

You will be working on behalf of the main contractor.

This role requires a confident leader with strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to site safety and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations

   

• Manage Health & Safety compliance across the project

   

• Coordinate and supervise a team of 4 labourers (strip-out, material movement, skip loading)

   

• Liaise with the main contractor and ensure smooth project delivery

   

• Maintain site documentation and reporting as required

   

Required Certifications

• CSCS Card - essential

   

• SMSTS - essential

   

• First Aid - preferred

   

Ideal Candidate

You'll be a hands-on Site Manager with experience in commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are key to success in this role.
