With massive improvements being made, the Children We Care for (LAC) are looking for experienced Social Workers with a safeguarding background to join the service.

  • Market supplement of £2,500 per annum
  • Retention bonus: Year 1: £2,000, Year 2: £3000, Year 3: £5,000
  • Relocation package up to £6,500

Caseloads have also been capped – allowing you to work to a manageable level without being over encumbered with reports and family visits.
