Are you a fully qualified electrician with solar installation experience and some management or supervisory exposure, looking to step into a hands-on leadership role within the commercial solar sector?

This company are a well-established renewables business specialising in the Commercial Solar industry. Over the past 15 years of operating, the company has built a strong client base and continues to grow through a pipeline of exciting commercial projects. They are looking for a site supervisor to assist them in their growth.

In this role you will take responsibility for supervising and managing commercial solar PV installation sites, while remaining hands-on in the delivery of the installation work itself. This role balances site leadership, team coordination, and practical installation duties across projects in the Southwest and further afield.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated electrician or team leader looking to move into a longer-term leadership role within a growing commercial solar business, where training such as SSSTS or SMSTS can be provided and future progression will be available as the company continues to expand.

The Role

• Site Supervisor / Manager working on commercial solar PV installation projects
• Manage and supervise installation sites while remaining hands-on with the installation work
• Support the successful delivery of projects across a growing commercial client base

The Person

• Fully qualified electrician
• Solar installation experience
• Management, supervisory, or team leader experience
• Happy to stay away from home and travel as required
