The Role

• Wet spraying, lacquering and staining across a wide range of bespoke joinery projects
• Preparing surfaces and applying finishes to the highest standard
• Collaborating with a skilled shopfloor team in an organised, well-run environment
• Taking ownership of your work and delivering consistent, quality results

The Person

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer or Finisher within joinery or similar wood-based manufacturing
• Hands-on knowledge of wet spraying, lacquering and/or staining techniques
• Someone who takes pride in doing the job properly and to a high standard
• Looking for stability and a role that respects your time outside of work
