Location: Aylesbury - Hybrid – Home, Office & Community-Based

Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday | Flexible Working Available

We are partnering with a highly reputable specialist care provider to recruit an experienced and motivated Support Worker Co-Ordinator.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Care Coordinator, Senior Support Worker or Care Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career. Combining recruitment, staff development, care coordination and quality assurance, this varied role offers the chance to play a key part in supporting individuals with complex neurological conditions and traumatic injuries.

Working closely with Neurological Case Managers, you will help recruit, develop and retain dedicated support teams, ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care are delivered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding of support workers.
  • Conduct interviews, references, DBS checks and compliance processes.
  • Deliver inductions and coordinate training requirements.
  • Support the completion of care plans, risk assessments and client documentation.
  • Conduct staff supervisions, appraisals and competency checks.
  • Liaise with clients, families, support workers, HR and Case Managers.
  • Monitor records, payroll information and staffing compliance.
  • Support the retention and ongoing development of care teams.

About You

  • Experienced Support Worker, Senior Support Worker, Team Leader or Care Coordinator.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, supervision and compliance within care settings.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel as required.
