Telesales Agent (B2B)

£25,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE £35,000+)
Bromsgrove | Full-time | Permanent

We are working in partnership with a leading UK business rates consultancy, helping thousands of businesses reduce their costs and recover overpaid rates.

We’re on the hunt for Telesales Agent to join our team. This is a target-driven outbound calling role (including cold calling) where you’ll speak with business owners, introduce our services, and book appointments for our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound B2B calls using provided data
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify potential clients
  • Explain our services clearly and professionally
  • Book appointments for the field sales team
  • Update and maintain CRM records
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs

Requirements

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Target-driven and resilient mindset
  • Confidence handling objections
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Previous telesales, call centre, or sales experience is advantageous
