£28,000 - £30,000 Basic Region + Commission & Bonus Structure – OTE £50k - £55k Plus First Year

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs.
• Work closely with estate agency teams to maximise lead potential.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Keep up to date with mortgage products, legislation, and industry developments.
• Ensure full compliance with FCA regulations and Consumer Duty guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Fully CeMAP Qualified (or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a mortgage advisory role (Desirable)
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of estate agency is beneficial but not essential.
• Professional, ethical, self-motivated, and results-driven.
• Right to work in the UK.
