Warehouse Operative

Position: Warehouse Operative
Location: Edenbridge, TN8

Proactive are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their team in Edenbridge. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse environment supporting the picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.

Responsibilities:
* Picking products accurately from stock locations using pick lists
* Packing orders securely and efficiently to meet customer requirements
* Preparing and labelling goods for dispatch
* Checking products for quality and accuracy before shipment
* Loading and unloading deliveries when required
* Maintaining accurate stock levels and reporting discrepancies
* Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and safe at all times
* Following health and safety procedures and company policies
* Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

Skills:
* Previous warehouse, picking, packing, or dispatch experience is desirable
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
* Physically fit and able to undertake manual handling duties
* Basic understanding of warehouse health and safety practices
