Warehouse Operative with Driving

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Driver to join a busy and friendly team in Bletchley. This is a varied role combining warehouse duties with local driving responsibilities, offering stable hours and the opportunity to secure a permanent position after a successful 12-week temporary period.

Key Responsibilities as a  Warehouse Operative / Driver

• Collecting deliveries from a local store by driving the company's van
• Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
• Stock handling and general warehouse support such as picking and packing
• Driving a company vehicle for local collections and deliveries
• Maintaining high standards of health and safety

This role involves approximately 50% warehouse duties and 50% driving.

Working Hours as a Warehouse Operative / Driver

Rotating shifts:

• Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM (1–2 Saturdays per month)

Requirements as a warehouse operative/driver

• Full UK Driving Licence-Cat B
• Must be aged 25 or over for insurance purposes
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
