Join Our Team as a Warehouse Supervisor - Temp to Perm!
Location: Bedford | Pay: £14.50-£15.38/hr | Hours: 40/week, Sunday-Thursday, 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM

Are you a motivated leader with a passion for warehouse operations? We're looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to drive our evening picking operations and lead a team of 20-30 Warehouse Operatives. This is your chance to take the reins in a fast-paced environment, ensuring orders are picked accurately, safely, and on time.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and motivate a team during the evening shift.
• Monitor KPIs, drive productivity, and maintain high standards.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
• Manage investigations and disciplinary processes where required.
• Identify training needs and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2-3 years' warehouse experience.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Knowledge of order picking processes and WMS systems.
• FLT licenses (Counterbalance & Reach) are a plus.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.
