Hours: 40 hours per week- Monday to Friday 6am - 15:00 - 1 hour unpaid lunch

What will you be doing?

• Working within a team of 3 operators you will be loading and unloading of curtainside vehicles when scheduled for waste transfer
  
• Transferring waste containers from various locations around the site to be prepared for waste transfer
  
• Operating machinery that will include, vertical and horizontal balers for cardboard and plastic baling, general waste compactor, pallet wrapping palletizer (training will be provided)
  

Due to the nature of the job, there is a large degree of manual handling involved



What are we looking for?

• Valid Forklift licence - Counterbalance
  
• Full UK driving licence
  

Desirable - Waste background, IOSH Managing Safely qualification, or other recognised safety certification, first aid at work certified, manual handling trained.
