Job Opportunity

We are seeking to recruit a skilled Fabricator-Welder to join our well-established and growing team.

Based within a busy production line environment, this is a hands-on role responsible for the fabrication, assembly, and welding of heavy-duty construction equipment used in major infrastructure and construction projects across the UK.

The role requires working to technical specifications and engineering drawings to produce high-quality, accurate components. You will work across the full process, from material preparation through to final finishing and inspection, ensuring all work meets strict quality and production standards.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced workshop environment, where no two days are the same and attention to detail is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and fabrication instructions
• Measure, cut, shape, and prepare metal components for production
• Assemble parts using jigs, fixtures, and tack welding techniques
• Carry out MIG, TIG, and/or stick welding to required standards
• Finish, grind, and inspect completed components for quality and accuracy
• Work as part of a production line team to meet build schedules

Hours of Work

• Monday - Thursday: 08:00 - 17:00
• Friday: 08:00 - 16:30
