£93–£105 per day

Do you have the resilience, patience and confidence to support a child who needs a strong, consistent role model?

We’re working with a supportive primary school in Salford who are looking to appoint a dedicated 1:1 Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant to work closely with a pupil who requires additional support with behaviour and emotional regulation.

• Providing 1:1 support for a pupil throughout the school day
• Supporting behaviour management and emotional regulation
• Building a strong, trusting relationship with the pupil
• Helping the child stay engaged and access learning
• Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO
• Promoting a calm, structured and positive environment

• Experience supporting children with behavioural needs / SEMH
• Calm, resilient and confident approach
• Able to act as a positive role model
• Strong behaviour management skills
• Experience in schools, youth work, care or similar roles desirable
• DBS on the update service or willingness to apply
