I am working with a Primary School in Selly Oak, B29 which is welcoming and inclusive. The school has a collaborative team and a strong SEN support ethos, making it a fantastic place to develop your experience.

Your new role

* Part-time role - 5 mornings per week
* Supporting 2 pupils in Year 4 (1:2 support) who have SSPP and EHCP's
* Based within the classroom, with responsibility for taking pupils out for sensory breaks when needed
* Opportunity to start ASAP, continuing into September

What you'll need to succeed

• Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (NCFE, CACHE)
• Experience working within a primary school setting
• KS2 experience desirable
• A calm, patient and proactive approach
• Confidence supporting pupils with additional needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
