SEND Primary & Secondary Tutors Required (EOTAS / Alternative Provision - Ruislip, Hillingdon)

We are looking to engage qualified teachers and experienced tutors to support pupils across Ruislip and the wider Hillingdon area through 1:1 and small group tuition.

This work supports young people who are currently outside of mainstream education, including pupils accessing EOTAS provision and learners with SEND and/or SEMH needs.

There is immediate demand for tutors, with a growing number of referrals expected throughout the remainder of the academic year and continuing from September onwards.

⚠️ You must have the right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.



What the Role Involves

  • Deliver tuition across core subjects (English, Maths, Science)
  • Support primary and secondary-aged pupils
  • Work with learners with SEND, SEMH, autism, ADHD, and school avoidance
  • Tuition may take place in homes, schools, community settings, or online
  • Flexible assignments available, with many referrals offering up to 5 days per week (approx. 3 hours per day)


Requirements

  • QTS / QTLS or strong tutoring experience
  • Experience with SEND, EOTAS, or alternative provision learners desirable
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Strong safeguarding awareness
  • Ability to travel locally within Ruislip / Hillingdon
