360 Machine Operator

We are looking for experienced Machine Operators to work on a busy recycling and waste processing site. The successful candidate will operate 360 excavators and loading shovels to move, sort, and load waste and recyclable materials, feed processing equipment, manage stockpiles, and support the efficient operation of the site.

Shifts available:

• 2x Night Shift | 6pm – 6am | 4 on, 4 off rota
• 2x Days | 6am – 6pm | 4 on, 4 off rota

As a Machine Operators, you will be responsible for:

• Operating a 360 grab machines and loading shovel safely and efficiently
• Loading, sorting, moving, and processing waste and recyclable materials
• Carry out daily machine checks and basic maintenance
• Always adhering to relevant health and safety regulations

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience operating a 360 grab machines and loading shovel
• In-date tickets/licences are desirable but not essential
• In-house training and tickets can be provided

• Reliable and punctual
• Safety conscious with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in fast-paced industrial environments
• Flexible to work rotating shift patterns
