Account Manager - The Role:
We are hiring for two Account Manager roles at Airship/Toggle, and we want to hear from candidates based in either Sheffield or London. Both positions are available in either location.
The two roles are:
- One Strategic Account Manager
- One Commercial Account Manager
You will take ownership of either strategic or commercial relationships across a portfolio of Airship customers. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be the trusted face of Airship for our most valuable customers, building deep relationships with senior stakeholders and helping them unlock maximum value from our platforms. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will own renewals, upsells, and keep customers invested in their partnership with us. Both roles involve working closely with the wider team to ensure customers are getting real value, using AI tools to work smarter, and representing Airship at key customer events.
Account Manager - Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders, from day-to-day users to senior decision makers
- Manage the full renewal cycle, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and negotiate commercial terms confidently
- Develop tailored success plans aligned to customer business goals and proactively share product updates and best practices
- Serve as the voice of customers internally, sharing insights with Product, Support, and Marketing to inform strategy
- Actively use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and speed of customer work and communication
Account Manager - You:
- Proven relationship builder with demonstrable experience managing senior-level client relationships in a B2B context
- Commercially sharp and confident negotiator, comfortable discussing renewals and commercial terms at various levels
- Exceptional communicator with strong written and verbal skills, able to build rapport quickly and present with confidence
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple high-priority accounts and prioritise across competing demands
- AI-curious and proactive, exploring and experimenting with new tools to find smarter ways of working
