ACCOUNT MANAGER - BRANDED MERCHANDISE / GARMENTS / PROMOTIONAL

WEST YORKSHIRE

£Open Depending on Experience, Flexi Time, Free Drink Friday + Free Parking + Social Events

Hours - 8am - 4.30pm (can start / finish earlier or later)

They specialise in offering a comprehensive range of services, including embroidery, transfer print, direct-to-film print, and direct-to-garment print, catering to diverse client needs. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction has established them as a trusted partner for businesses seeking customised apparel and merchandise.

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term relationships. This role involves managing a portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities for growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customers.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of initiatives to internal and external colleagues.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Senior Account Manager, or relevant role.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • Solid experience with CRM software.
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening & negotiation abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
