An established FM provider is looking for an Account Manager to take control of a key London account in Paddington. This isn’t a sit-back position — it needs someone who can lead from the front, manage engineers properly, and take real responsibility for performance and delivery.

What you’ll be doing
- Running the account day-to-day — no hand-holding

- Owning client relationships and keeping them tight
- Managing budgets, costs, and overall contract performance
- Delivering hard FM services (PPM + reactive) without excuses
What you need
- Solid FM background (Account Manager / Contract Manager level)
- Strong technical grounding (electrical or mechanical)
- Experience leading teams — not just managing on paper
- Commercial awareness — understands cost vs performance
- Someone who takes ownership and sorts problems
