We're recruiting for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join a fast-paced and growing business in Poole, Dorset.   • Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Account Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining and growing customer accounts by:

  • Managing existing customer relationships and providing outstanding service
  • Making proactive outbound calls to customers
  • Identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability
  • Preparing quotes and following up on opportunities
  • Scheduling appointments for Business Development Managers
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information
  • Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally
  • Analysing account performance and identifying growth opportunities
  • Working closely with internal departments to support customer needs


What we're looking for

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:

  • Previous B2B or B2C sales or account management experience
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Commercial awareness and confidence analysing customer data
  • A proactive and organised approach to workload management
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
