Your Responsibilities Account Management & Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships across designated accounts in the UK.
- Serve as the point of contact for day-to-day inquiries and strategic projects.
- Respond proactively to customer requests via emails, calls, face-to-face visits, and end-user interactions.
- Schedule regular client visits and create travel itineraries as required.
- Conduct account reviews and resolve customer issues in collaboration with internal teams.
- Promote sales of marine hardware products to assigned accounts.
- Identify new opportunities within existing relationships and expand into new business areas.
- Support clients with promotions, product campaigns, and merchandising.
- Assist in preparing quotes and specifications for marine hardware needs.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase products.
- Manage orders from initial inquiry to completion.
- Work closely with logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Handle product returns and warranty claims effectively.
- Ensure retail displays and branding meet company standards.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of marine hardware and products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor insights.
- Provide technical advice and expertise when needed.
- Continuously develop skills in negotiation, sales, and communication.
- Align with company values in all professional interactions.
- Contribute positively as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Recent graduate or ready to kickstart a career in sales.
- Passionate about the marine industry, with some technical knowledge.
- Competent in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong communicator with excellent organizational abilities.
- Target-driven and detail-oriented.
- Holds a full UK driver’s license with a willingness to travel
