Account Manager - Travel Media

Our client, an award‑winning media business, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team.

This is a results‑driven role, focused on influencing clients to invest in relevant campaigns and commercial solutions. Working closely with internal sales and delivery teams, you will play a key role in growing market shareincreasing client retention, and driving sustained revenue growth across your accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain and actively manage a strong pipeline of account growth and new business opportunities
  • Identify, develop and convert new business leads
  • Grow existing client accounts
  • Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with both existing and new clients
  • Proven experience in account management, client services or partnerships
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills
  • Confident working across digital and social marketing channels
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines
  • Experience with CRM systems; confident in producing content and briefs
  • Knowledge of or passion for the travel sector
  • Willing to attend industry events when required
