Our client, an award‑winning media business, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team.
This is a results‑driven role, focused on influencing clients to invest in relevant campaigns and commercial solutions. Working closely with internal sales and delivery teams, you will play a key role in growing market share, increasing client retention, and driving sustained revenue growth across your accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain and actively manage a strong pipeline of account growth and new business opportunities
- Identify, develop and convert new business leads
- Grow existing client accounts
- Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with both existing and new clients
- Proven experience in account management, client services or partnerships
- Strong communicator with excellent relationship‑building skills
- Confident working across digital and social marketing channels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple clients and deadlines
- Experience with CRM systems; confident in producing content and briefs
- Knowledge of or passion for the travel sector
- Willing to attend industry events when required
