We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic Accountant to join our client's team in Bromley! If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for numbers this could be your next big opportunity!

Location: Bromley, Greater London
Contract Type: Permanent, Full- time role, fully office based

Salary Range: £35,000 - £40,000, depending on your experience

Required:

• Experience working on Xero
• Degree / Qualification or equivalent in Finance / Accounting

What You'll Do:
As an Accountant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of their financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting our external accountants with year-end accounts preparation and reconciliations 📊
• Raising purchase orders, quotations, and invoices
• Onboarding new suppliers and clients
• Completing credit account applications
• Dealing with finance/compliance-related enquiries

What Our Client Is Looking For:
They are specifically looking for candidates with strong practical experience across:

• Reconciliation of transactions (bank & credit card)
• Payroll processing (PAYE and NEST administration)
• VAT returns
• HMRC liaison
• Year-end accounts
• Audit preparation / dealing with external auditors
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Management accounts support/reporting
• Multi-currency transactions
• AP/AR and credit control
