A growing accountancy practice is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Senior to join its team. This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality accounts preparation services while maintaining excellent client relationships.

The role offers 2 days WFH.

The Accounts Senior will act as a vital link between Directors, Senior Managers, colleagues, and clients, ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of accounting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare accounts accurately for a range of clients
  • Liaise regularly with clients to manage expectations and delivery timelines
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional, high-quality service
  • Collaborate with colleagues, Senior Managers, and Directors to ensure smooth service delivery
Technical Skills & Experience
  • Experience working within a firm of accountants
  • Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with Sage Business Cloud and Sage 50 (training provided where needed)
  • Familiarity with Xero, QuickBooks, Dext, and AutoEntry
