Elevation Recruitment are working exclusively with a great business in the heart of Sheffield. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Administrator to join our team and support the implementation of a new HR system. This role is ideal for someone with strong data management skills who enjoys working with spreadsheets and ensuring accuracy in high-volume data input.
You will play a key role in supporting the HR team by inputting, maintaining, and validating employee data within our new system, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
Main Duties will include:- Accurately input, update, and maintain employee data within the HR system
- Support the migration of data from existing systems to the new HR platform
- Validate and cleanse data to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Work extensively with Excel to manage and manipulate large datasets
- Assist with system testing and identify any data discrepancies
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as required
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with data protection standards
- Strong administrative experience, ideally within HR or data-focused roles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, data sorting, VLOOKUP or equivalent is ideal)
- Experience with high-volume data entry and data cleansing
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with systems and adapting to new technology
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Supportive and collaborative team environment
- The role is full time in the office - 35 hours per week
