Administrator – Estates/ Facilities Department
Full Time (37 hours per week)

Hourly rate: £15 - £17

Contract length: Interim (2 months)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrator to provide essential support to an Estates/ Facilities Team within a busy further education college environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Estates Team
  • Manage incoming enquiries and service tickets efficiently
  • Coordinate and track maintenance requests and updates
  • Maintain accurate records and support general office operations

About You:

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Experience in an administrative role
  • Confident using IT systems and ticketing platforms

Requirements:

  • Current Enhanced DBS check
  • Previous administrative experience within Further Education and/or an Estates environment (preferred)
