The Role

You will provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple divisions, working closely with senior stakeholders and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support across divisions
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel, including accommodation and expense processing
  • Managing travel arrangements for international visitors
  • Organising training sessions, conferences, and internal events
  • Supporting with the meeting coordination, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute taking
  • Maintaining and managing senior management diaries
  • Organising internal and external meetings, as well as team-building events
  • Updating records to ensure accurate and managing the database
  • Raising purchase orders, processing of invoices, and managing supplier records
  • Preparing and issuing invoices
  • Managing expenses
  • Arranging meeting room bookings
  • Managing subscriptions and renewals
  • General administrative support as required

Key skills

  • Previous administrative experience within a global corporate environment
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to multitask
  • Strong communication skills
