Pay Rate: £18.98

Contract Type: Temp ongoing,

Working hours: Mon - Thur 6.45 am - 15.00 pm Mon - Thur, 6.45 am - 12.45 Fri

Role Overview

We're looking for a proactive and organised Admin Assistant to support day‑to‑day operational and planning activities. The role is ideal for someone comfortable working with invoices, purchase orders, contractors, and scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and tracking supplier invoices
  • Raising and maintaining Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Chasing contractors and suppliers for quotes and information
  • Supporting planning and scheduling activities
  • Keeping records up to date across Excel and internal systems
  • General administrative support to engineering / facilities teams

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Familiarity with invoice processing and PO systems
  • Confident chasing suppliers and contractors professionally
  • Experience supporting planning, scheduling, or coordination
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail

Desirable

  • Experience in facilities, engineering, construction, or maintenance environments
  • Experience working with CAFM, SAP, Oracle, or similar systems
