Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their team with daily office operations. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining smooth administrative workflows, managing correspondence, and ensuring that all clerical tasks are completed efficiently. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop professional skills within a dynamic environment, requiring a proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Performing data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Assisting with administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff members
Maintaining office supplies and inventory
Scheduling calls, meetings, and maintaining calendars for team members
Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Providing general administrative support to the team
Skills:
Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in administrative tasks and office procedures
Good typing skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of clerical procedures and phone etiquette
Familiarity with Excel/Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or similar office software

Experience with HubSpot a bonus
