Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a part-time role that offers a great work-life balance?
Our client is looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Administrator to join their busy and supportive team on a permanent basis.
Hours of Work:
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- 9:30am – 2:30pm
The Role:
As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of the business. Duties will include:
- Onboarding new clients and ensuring all required documentation is completed
- Processing HMRC agent authorisations
- Raising sales invoices accurately and efficiently
- Answering incoming telephone calls and emails
- Directing enquiries to the appropriate department
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
About You:
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- A professional and positive approach to customer service
