Example Recruitment are looking for an administrator to work with a large property maintenance company on a 6 month fix term contract.

Job Role:

  • Maintain accurate records, systems and documentation

  • Provide day to day administrative support accross the business

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and efficient manner

  • Maintain organised records and support general office administration tasks

  • Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations

About You

  • Previous administrative experience within construction, property maintenance or social housing

  • Confident managing incoming calls, with a polite, professional and helpful telephone manner

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deal with enquiries clearly and effectively

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy

  • Proactive, reliable and approachable, with a positive attitude towards supporting both office and site teams
