Full Time, Monday to Friday - 9am until 5pm | Permanent
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum

Job Description

Our client is seeking an Administrator to provide accurate and efficient administrative support within a busy production environment.

This role would suit someone with a strong administrative and coordination background, ideally within a creative, studio, production, or project-based environment. The successful candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident supporting multiple projects at once, with any experience using Adobe Creative Suite considered highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

  • Provide administrative support to production and logistics teams
  • Assist with project coordination and supplier communication
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain supplier records
  • Research materials and obtain supplier quotes
  • Organise studio activities, including photo shoots and visits
  • Maintain project trackers and internal databases
  • Manage studio expenses and liaise with finance teams
  • Support sourcing of materials for projects
  • Order studio supplies and equipment online
  • Assist with archiving images and record keeping
  • Travel between sites as needed

Key Skills of an Administrator:

  • Previous experience in administration, coordination, or production support
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage and update systems and databases
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge is beneficial
