We are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client, to join their administrative team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly, fast-paced working environment.
This position would suit someone looking to build or further develop their administrative career, as previous experience within a similar sector is not essential and full training will be provided.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting new client onboarding processes
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently
  • Raising and managing invoices using accounting software
  • Assisting with company secretarial duties
  • Carrying out a variety of general administrative tasks to support the wider team
 
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience within an office administration role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised with a proactive and methodical approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative
  • A collaborative team player
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
