We are recruiting for an Administrator on behalf of our client, to join their administrative team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a friendly, fast-paced working environment.
This position would suit someone looking to build or further develop their administrative career, as previous experience within a similar sector is not essential and full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting new client onboarding processes
- Handling incoming calls and emails, ensuring all enquiries are dealt with efficiently
- Raising and managing invoices using accounting software
- Assisting with company secretarial duties
- Carrying out a variety of general administrative tasks to support the wider team
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within an office administration role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with a proactive and methodical approach to work
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- A collaborative team player
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
