operations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes while providing excellent support to colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
Please be aware there is a 2-week company shut down period in August and compulsory holiday must be taken

Hours of work
* Monday to Friday
07:30 until 16:30
Key Responsibilities
* Managing emails, telephone calls, and general correspondence
* Maintaining accurate records, files, and databases
* Scheduling meetings, appointments, and diary management
* Preparing documents, reports, and presentations
* Supporting the onboarding of new staff where required
* Ordering office supplies and coordinating with suppliers
* Assisting with data entry and compliance documentation
* Providing general administrative support across departments
The ideal candidate will have
* Previous administrative experience
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* The ability to prioritise workload and work independently
* A professional and positive attitude
