Location: London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £24.41 per hour 
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Initially 3 months, with the potential to go on longer

As Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative and business support across a range of projects, programmes, meetings and events. Working closely with senior leaders and key stakeholders, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of strategic workstreams and organisational objectives.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting multiple projects and stakeholders, and delivering a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support for projects, events and meetings from planning through to completion.
  • Managing diaries, arranging meetings and coordinating travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing meeting documentation.
  • Processing expenses, invoices and financial records accurately.
  • Supporting interview administration and recruitment processes.
  • Maintaining records, reports and databases.
  • Liaising with internal teams, members and external stakeholders.
  • Assisting with project reporting and highlighting any risks or issues.
  • Contributing to continuous improvements in administrative processes and ways of working.

Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience building positive working relationships with colleagues, customers and stakeholders.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Experience processing invoices, expenses and maintaining records.
  • The ability to work independently whilst also contributing effectively within a team.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
