MTrec Recruitment’s specialist manufacturing client is seeking an experienced Administrator to support their global procurement operations. This is a contract position with the option to extend or potentially transition into a longer-term engagement.

The Job you will do:
- Contact Vendors to collect essential data and information.
- Identifying gaps and discrepancies in data sets and following up with vendors to rectify
- Acting as a first line support to vendors, replying to queries and addressing issues
- Collating the data, preparing summary reports and identifying areas of concern
- Presenting data sets to the management team and key stakeholders within the business.
About you:
- Previous experience within an administration role is essential.
- You may be recently finished a business-related degree and looking to gain experience within industry.
- Strong excel and data skills are an absolute must for the role.
- Available to start work immediately
- Comfortable to deal with international stakeholders and vendors.
