To provide administrative support to the site team and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the site office. Hours of work 9.00am -4.00pm

Ideally a driver due to fairly remote office

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Maintain site records, files, and documentation
  • Liasing with residents and booking appointments
  • Assist with timesheets and attendance records
  • Order office and site supplies when needed
  • Support health & safety paperwork and filing
  • Ensure site office is organised and compliant

Skills & Experience

  • Basic administrative or office experience
  • Good communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Preferred

  • Experience in site-based administration
