Our client is seeking an experienced PA/Administrator who will ideally have construction industry experience..

  • Up to £28,000 salary (DOE)
  • Based in Horley
  • Free onsite parking
  • Monday – Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm
  • Pension

Job Description:

  • Appointment and diary management for Managing Director.
  • Management of Managing Director's emails and post.
  • Ad-hoc duties for MD, including running errands and ordering items.
  • Assisting with general admin duties.
  • Assisting current bookkeeper with duties.

Person Specification:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Experience of working in the construction sector is ideal.
  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills and experience using Microsoft products.
