Temporary – Potential Temp-to-Perm Opportunity
Working on behalf of Pertemps for our Banbury-based client
Location: Banbury
Salary: £27,000 per annum / £13.15 per hour
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00
- Friday: 08:30 – 16:30
- 1 hour lunch break per day (30 mins unpaid)
The Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our Banbury-based client on a temporary basis, with the potential for a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy office environment and being part of a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and processing sales orders via telephone and email
- Checking stock availability and issuing invoices
- Maintaining accurate sales records and customer information
- Compiling monthly sales reports
- Arranging installation dates with customers and Sales Managers
- Providing administrative support to the Sales Managers
- Liaising with other departments to ensure smooth order processing
- Supporting colleagues with ad hoc administrative duties as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
