The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrator to join our client's busy construction team. This role requires someone with strong all-round administrative skills and hands-on experience within the construction industry. You will provide vital support across the office, helping projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Managing emails, phone calls, and internal communications
- Supporting project teams with documentation, progress tracking, and reporting
- Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, and other finance-related admin tasks
- Maintaining and updating construction project records and databases
- Coordinating meetings and managing schedules for project managers
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrator in a construction or similar environment
- Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
