The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Administrator to join our client's busy construction team. This role requires someone with strong all-round administrative skills and hands-on experience within the construction industry. You will provide vital support across the office, helping projects run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General administrative duties including filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Managing emails, phone calls, and internal communications
  • Supporting project teams with documentation, progress tracking, and reporting
  • Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, and other finance-related admin tasks
  • Maintaining and updating construction project records and databases
  • Coordinating meetings and managing schedules for project managers

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an administrator in a construction or similar environment
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and terminology
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
