SF Partners are working exclusively with a growing and forward thinking business in Derby to recruit a Senior Administrator.

 

This role is perfect for someone with a strong administrative background (Administrator, PA, Office Manager, Customer Service Admin) who is immediately available and ready to step into a busy, varied position where they can make a real impact from day one.

 

We are focused on finding someone organised, proactive, and confident who can become a key support within the team.

 

The Role

 

This is a broad, hands on administrative role supporting the wider Supply Chain function. You’ll be a central point of coordination, helping keep operations running smoothly.

 

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

 

  • Supporting supplier onboarding and maintaining compliance records
  • Ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Raising and processing purchase orders
  • Liaising with suppliers to track orders and resolve queries
  • Investigating discrepancies
  • Supporting reporting and general administrative processes

 

We’re looking for someone who:

 

  • Has previous experience in an administrative role
  • Is highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Is a confident communicator (phone & email)
  • Can hit the ground running and manage a busy workload
  • Has good IT skills, including Excel
  • Brings a positive, can do attitude and enjoys supporting others
