💷 £14.00–£14.50 per hour
🕘 Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:00pm

We're working with a friendly and fast-paced organisation in Redhill that is seeking a highly organised Administrator to join their team immediately. This is a varied role where you'll be at the heart of day-to-day operations, helping to ensure students and staff receive the support they need.

✨ What you'll be doing:

✔ Coordinating specialist appointments, assessments and support services
✔ Maintaining accurate student records and databases
✔ Supporting exam access arrangements and concessions
✔ Managing electronic filing systems and administrative processes
✔ Updating timetables, trackers and key documentation
✔ Assisting with funding administration and review processes
✔ Supporting enrolment events and open evenings
✔ Helping to keep systems organised, compliant and running efficiently

👀 We're looking for someone who:

✅ Has previous administrative experience within a busy environment
✅ Is confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
✅ Has excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
✅ Can handle confidential information with professionalism
✅ Is proactive, reliable and able to work independently

Desirable experience includes working within education, supporting young people with additional needs, knowledge of safeguarding procedures, and experience improving administrative processes.

🔔 Please note: A DBS on the Update Service is preferred. If you do not currently hold one, a DBS check will be required before starting.
