Job Title: Administrator (Data & Systems Support)
Location: London (On-site, 5 days per week)
Contract: 18-month fixed term
Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per annum

We are working with a leading construction contractor in London who is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Administrator to join their team on an 18-month contract. This role is ideal for someone who is confident working with large volumes of data, enjoys structured tasks, and can maintain accuracy under deadlines.

About the Role

This position is heavily focused on data administration and system support within a busy project environment. You will play a key role in ensuring information is accurately recorded, transferred, and maintained across multiple systems and databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Transferring data between internal databases and systems
• High-volume data entry with strong attention to accuracy
• Working extensively with Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, formulas, data cleaning, formatting)
• Maintaining and updating project and administrative records
• Ensuring data consistency across multiple platforms
• Working to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Supporting wider project and administrative teams as required

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (essential)
• Comfortable handling large sets of data
• Extremely detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
• Reliable and able to manage workload against deadlines
• Organised, methodical, and confident working independently
• Previous experience in administration, data entry, or similar roles preferred
