We are currently seeking an Admission Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in guiding students through the UK university admissions process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and motivation to the team, supporting consultants in achieving their performance targets through ongoing, tailored guidance and development.
  • Coordinate and deliver Open Days in collaboration with the Marketing team and our Academic Partners, hosted on university and college campuses to promote educational services and student engagement.
  • Plan and host regular webinars aimed at promoting our latest services and initiatives to the Crystal&Co Ambassador community, ensuring clear communication and consistent brand representation.
  • Monitor and communicate updates regarding admission deadlines and procedures.
  • Produce regular progress and feedback reports for management.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency in all admissions-related processes and documents.
  • Liaise with internal teams including Student Recruitment, Marketing and Administrative to maximise the leads conversion.
  • Attend departmental meetings and take minutes as required.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the admissions process.
  • Coordinate and schedule student admissions with the recruitment team.
  • Participate in planning and executing marketing initiatives related to admissions.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Effective team leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Willingness to work during weekends when required
  • Quick learner with the ability to implement varied university admission procedures
