SW Locums are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Advanced Practitioner to join the Corporate Parenting – CIC Team 5 within Bradford Children and Families Trust. The Role

As an Advanced Practitioner, you will play a key role in supporting children and young people within Corporate Parenting services, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care, stability, and support. You will work closely with colleagues, partner agencies, carers, and families while helping to drive best practice across the team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing complex cases involving children in care
  • Providing mentoring and practice support to team members
  • Completing high-quality assessments, care planning, and statutory work
  • Building effective relationships with children, families, and partner agencies
  • Supporting permanency planning and positive long-term outcomes
  • Ensuring safeguarding standards and statutory responsibilities are consistently met
