🔹 The Role
- Lead and support a team alongside the Team Manager
- Work with children & families with complex needs
- Mentor, coach and develop colleagues
- Drive high-quality, evidence-based practice
🔹 What You'll Need
- 3+ years PQE
- Social Work England registration
- Experience at Advanced/Senior level
- Strong multi-agency working experience
- Full UK driving licence & access to a car
🔹 The Offer
- Up to £42 per hour (DOE)
- £150 weekly accommodation/commuter support (T&Cs apply)
- Hybrid working (1-2 office days required)
- Set working pattern: Wed (½ day), Thurs & Fri
