An experienced and resilient Advanced Supported Living Manager is required to oversee Supported Living services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex/high-risk needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with experience managing complex services and supporting teams within Supported Living or Learning Disability settings.
The Role
You will:
- Lead and develop small support teams
- Oversee person-centred care and support delivery
- Implement risk assessments, support plans and PBS strategies
- Support adults with autism and behaviours that challenge
- Ensure compliance, quality and positive outcomes across services
- Work closely with health professionals, MDTs and families
- Participate in on-call duties and regional support
Requirements
- Experience managing or supervising Supported Living services
- Strong background supporting adults with autism and complex needs
- Experience managing behaviours that challenge
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- QCF/RQF Level 3 in Health & Social Care minimum
- Full UK driving licence essential
Desirable
- Forensic or high-risk service experience
- Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience
- Level 5 qualification or willingness to work towards
