An experienced and resilient Advanced Supported Living Manager is required to oversee Supported Living services supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex/high-risk needs.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader with experience managing complex services and supporting teams within Supported Living or Learning Disability settings.

The Role

You will:

  • Lead and develop small support teams
  • Oversee person-centred care and support delivery
  • Implement risk assessments, support plans and PBS strategies
  • Support adults with autism and behaviours that challenge
  • Ensure compliance, quality and positive outcomes across services
  • Work closely with health professionals, MDTs and families
  • Participate in on-call duties and regional support

Requirements

  • Experience managing or supervising Supported Living services
  • Strong background supporting adults with autism and complex needs
  • Experience managing behaviours that challenge
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • QCF/RQF Level 3 in Health & Social Care minimum
  • Full UK driving licence essential

Desirable

  • Forensic or high-risk service experience
  • Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) experience
  • Level 5 qualification or willingness to work towards
