*£32,000 - £41,600 salary plus £3,000 market supplement.
An additional £6,000 tax-free payment may be available for teachers within their first 5 years of teaching.

Boston Rose are working with a specialist engineering and technology college to recruit an Aeronautical Engineering Lecturer.

This role would suit someone with an aeronautical or aerospace engineering background looking to move into education, or an existing lecturer wanting to work within a specialist engineering environment. You’ll be delivering teaching across aeronautical programmes, supporting learners throughout their studies, and helping develop the next generation entering the aerospace industry.

The college are open to candidates coming straight from industry, with full support available to complete teaching qualifications where needed.

What our client is looking for:

  • Relevant industry experience within aeronautical or aerospace engineering
  • Level 4 qualification in a relevant subject area, or willingness to work towards one
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Previous teaching/training experience, or experience supporting apprentices or junior staff in industry
  • Passion for developing learners and sharing industry knowledge
